Personal Data Consent

Before submitting your resume and other personal information to NHI, we ask that you read and understand the following statements regarding our use of your personal data. Your submission of information means that you agree with the statements below.

Please note that any personal data provided by you in connection with this application will be processed (and may be disclosed) by NHI for the purposes of considering your independent subcontractor employment with us. NHI will hold your information on file for a limited period (not exceeding two years), whether or not you are offered an interview or subcontractor contract. Please note that you have the right to access your data and the right to change or delete it.

For the purposes of considering your application, NHI may also transmit personal data about you overseas to countries where the data protection laws may not be as comprehensive as those in your country of residence. NHI will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be treated with the same level of confidentiality as they are in your country.

By submitting your information to NHI, you agree with the following consent statements:

• I agree that (whether or not I am offered an interview) NHI or their agents may:
  • collect, save, process and use my personal data for the purposes of considering my application for employment;
  • circulate my personal data within the NHI Group of companies, including those situated in countries that have no data protection rules comparable to those in force in my country of residence.
• I understand NHI will take all reasonable steps to ensure my data is treated with the same level of confidentiality as they are in my country of residence.
• I understand that I may revoke this consent at any time with effect from the date such revocation is notified to NHI.
