EMbassador Program - Next Steps

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of NHI's EMbassador Program. This section lists the specific steps you need to take to enroll. If you have any questions about the Program, please call the NHI office in your geographic region; telephone numbers are listed on the Contact Us page.

1. Download a Consultant Position Description (PDF format, 145 KB) and review the job responsibilities and qualifications. Be sure that you meet or exceed the minimum qualifications.
   
   
2. Download and sign NHI's Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement (PDF format, 88 KB).
   
   
3. Download and sign NHI's Consent Form for background checks (PDF format, 94 KB).
   
   
4. Prepare and submit a comprehensive resume.
   
   
5. Submit three letters of recommendation. Please have each reviewer comment about your specific skills and experiences.
   
   
6. Submit samples of your technical and business writing.
   
   
7. Review, sign, and submit NHI's Master Services Agreement for Independent Subcontractors (PDF format, 245 KB).
