Management Team

NHI’s executive team consists of seasoned business professionals with extensive experience in technical sales, engineering services, consulting, and information technology.

Mr. Sam Eldanaf is the Founder and President of Not Hot Industries' global operations . Mr. Eldanaf is highly successful at identifying and closing enterprise accounts, developing long-term client relationships, and delivering business results. He has over thirteen years of sales and business consulting experience.

Prior to founding NHI, Mr. Eldanaf was a Senior Account Executive at Vignette Corporate, a leading provider of enterprise content management software. Mr. Eldanaf was an Executive Sales Consultant at Mediasurface. In this role, he helped organizations reduce costs and risks involved in building and maintaining web initiatives, implementing e-Commerce strategies, and creating brand loyalty programs.

Mr. Eldanaf was the Founder and Managing Principal of IT Essential, LLC, a professional services and business consulting firm. In this role, he planned and directed several multi-national projects in the U.S, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Eldanaf also held senior sales positions at MCI Worldcom and at IKON Office Solutions.

Mr. Eldanaf received a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Post University. He is fluent in English, Arabic and French.

Mr. Eldanaf has successfully sold products and services to leading companies around the world, including Air Express, DSL.net, EBM Industries, Emcor, ESPN, Fuji Medical, The Hartford, Johnson & Johnson, Lincoln Financial, MasterCard, Merck, Pepsi, Pitney Bowes, Readers Digest, Skandia, Snapple, Staples, Waterbury Hospital, Women’s Health, Xerox, Yale Hospital, and Yankee Candle.

Mr. David Cain is the Vice President for Human Resources at Not Hot Industries, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for finding, recruiting, and staffing the highly skilled, experienced individuals who make up NHI’s consulting staff around the world. He as over 40 years of diverse business and consulting experience. For the last 14 years, he has been increasingly focused on the Human Resources areas, including candidate sourcing, recruiting, screening, hiring, and personal development. He also has expertise in marketing, customer development, and internal and external communications.

Prior to joining NHI, Mr. Cain held several senior management positions, including Vice President of FSP Corporation, a mid-size federal government contractor, and Assistant Vice President of Cigna. His recent consulting clients include Sarnoff Corporation, Schlumberger, Kyocera-Mita, and Merck.

Mr. Cain authored more than 300 articles for and about business in McGrawHill, Prentice Hall, Hearst Publications, and numerous independent magazines and newsletters throughout the United States and the Pacific Rim. Mr. Cain is a graduate of Rutgers University and is active in the New Jersey Technology Council.

Mr. Kevin Warren is a Director of Methodology at Not Hot Industries, LLC. He has 13 years of energy efficiency consulting experience. Mr. Warren has conducted energy engineering analyses for hundreds of buildings and process facilities. He has expertise in energy audits, commissioning plans development, energy project measurement and verification, building simulations, and new construction design reviews. He has performed quality assurance and impact evaluations of programs. Mr. Warren has worked for commercial customers, state-sponsored incentive programs, and energy services companies (ESCOs).

Mr. Warren is also the Founder and Principal of Warren Energy Engineering, LLC, an independent energy engineering services firm that provides energy assessments of commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.

Mr. Warren was a Co-Founder of kW Engineering, a boutique engineering consulting firm that specialized in energy efficiency. Mr. Warren started his career as a Mechancial Engineer at Newcomb Anderson Associates, one of the largest energy engineering consulting firms in California.

Mr. Warren received a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. At the University of Wisconsin, Mr. Warren conducted research at the Solar Energy Laboratory. His work was funded by the Wisconsin Center for Demand Side Research. Mr. Warren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware. He was a National Merit Scholar.

Mr. Warren is a registered professional mechanical engineer in New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and California; a certified energy manager (CEM); and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Mr. Warren has provided energy services to many of the leading energy services companies and energy efficiency service providers. His clients include Chevron Energy Solutions, Enron, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, the New York State Energy Reseach and Development Agency (NYSERDA), the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, Novar, Pacific Gas and Electric, the Port of Oakland, Powerlight, Rocky Mountain Power, and Southern California Edison.
