Feasibility Studies

Feasibility studies are prepared to determine whether:

• A given alternative approach, method, management strategy, design or location is economically justified;
• Such an alternative is considered preferable from other, non-financial perspecitves (e.g., environmental or social perspectives); and  
• Eventual construction and operation of such an alternative can be financed and managed.

NHI performs all types of energy-related feasibility studies and other types of engineering studies. During our studies, we evaluate all relevant factors to determine the optimal system design. Our multi-discipline business and engineering expertise, total project planning, and strong ties to equipment manufacturers and installation contractors permit the development of realistic estimates for total project cost and the construction schedule.
