NHI works with project managers and construction managers to ensure that the energy efficient designs are actually implemented in practice. Specifically, NHI will monitor the proper installation of electrical and mechanical equipment to make sure that they achieve the desired energy efficiency targets.

NHI’s objective during this Phase is to ensure that our clients receive the energy efficient equipment and systems that were initially designed and purchased.

During the Construction Phase, NHI serves as a source of expertise to contractors. NHI can guide them through any installation and start-up hurdles to avoid project setbacks and costly time delays. During the latter stages of the project, NHI will meet with the contractors and internal staff to ensure that the integrity of the system design has not been compromised.
